I would cut them back a little, by about one-fourth since it’s still warm out, and then cut them further back in February before the spring season. By cutting them back some you can enjoy new blooms while getting rid of older growth while the weather is still mild. You’ll want to cut back more of your roses before the winter so that you have a fresh bush with plenty of flowers to enjoy once spring comes around.
